Date Change for Flood Expo Due to Rapid Growth
Flood Expo 2017 at ExCeL, London is now set to take place two weeks earlier on 27th/28th September due to the rapid expansion of the exhibition. A raft of new and returning exhibiting companies from around the world has meant that demand for space at the event has outstripped what is currently available at the venue on the original dates in October, spelling good news for all flood professionals attending the event.
"It's very exciting news for the exhibition as a whole, over the last few weeks there has been unprecedented number of suppliers booking stands, not only from new clients from across the globe but returning exhibitors are also demanding much more space. The great news for attendees is that not only will there be the most comprehensive display of solutions, suppliers and services dedicated to all aspects of flood prediction, prevention, defence, rescue and restoration in the world under one roof in London, but we also have the scope to add in even more seminar content, debates, workshops and live demonstrations on the Thames" said Jon Greenslade who runs the Flood Expo event.
Last year's event saw the launch of two sister shows alongside Flood Expo - 'Marine & Coastal Civil Engineering', and 'Contamination Expo'. These events complimented Flood Expo with visitors and suppliers that contributed very positively to the wider debates and project planning problem sharing. The addition of these events has been cited as a key reason among exhibitors for returning with such vigour, along with proven return on investment over the last 4 years at Flood Expo.
Event Director Greenslade commented further, "the flooding problem is certainly not going away and the need for new innovations, cross sector collaboration and ideas sharing has never been more important. This award winning event continues to go from strength to strength and that's thanks to such a passionate team that work on the event and an incredibly enthusiastic sector that are arguably doing the most important job for the future of our country right now."
The new dates for Flood Expo 2017 are: 27th 28th September 2017. Flood professionals are able to secure a free ticket to the event now at www.floodexpo.co.uk.
