The Catchment Based Approach and flood risk management

The Catchment Based Approach (CaBA) was set up by Defra in 2013 to embed collaborative working at a river catchment scale to deliver cross-cutting improvements to our water environments including water quality, flood risk, water resources and bio-diversity. Community partnerships are active in 106 catchments covering England. This talk will review how they are working with the FCRM community and identify their strengths and weaknesses with respect to FCRM delivery.
