BS 12999: A new British Standard for Damage Management
BS 12999 is a code of practice covering generic management processes applicable to a range of property damage scenarios. In addition to providing a point of reference it will facilitate collaboration with third parties, give property owners and the insurance industry confidence in the work of damage management contractors and improve the customer experience. The seminar will consider BS 12999 in the context of major flooding incidents.
